Marshall Dennis Woods, 76, died Nov. 9, 2011, at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
He was born in Detroit, and lived in Sebastian for two years, coming from Fort Myers.
He was a tool and die master mechanic in the automotive industry.
He was a volunteer with Lee County Parks and Recreation and RSVP in Michigan.
Survivors include his companion, Carol Cummings, of Sebastian; daughters, Nancy Malik and Judy Eulitz, both of Michigan; stepson, Arnold Cummings; brother, Roger Woods, of Michigan; sister, Patricia Brothers, of Michigan; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
No services are scheduled.
