DESCRIPTION:Sebastian Paddle Fest (formerly known as Pareidolican) is now in its 3rd year and will be raising funds and awareness for the Dean Randazzo Cancer Foundation (DRCF). \nThe race is hosted at Pareidolia Brewing Company and will start/finish from Riverview Park in Sebastian. \nThere are three distance races open to all paddlecraft including a kids race (350 yards)\, 5K\, and 10k course. The US Coast Guard will be on scene to provide safety on the water. \nThe races start at 9:45 a.m. with the after party being hosted at Pareidolia Brewing Company. Race fees are $25 per person\, which includes a commemorative glass\, first beverage compliments of Pareidolia\, and a reduced price lunch with all proceeds benefiting the charity. \nHosted by Sunshine Surfski\, LLC\, the event will aide in bringing awareness to the DRCF and to help get more people involved in non-contact sports such as paddling disciplines.

DESCRIPTION:Anglers of all ages are invited to the 1st Annual CCA/Walking Tree/Vero Tackle Fishing Expo scheduled for Saturday\, January 18th from 12 pm to 5 pm at Walking Tree Brewery. The expo will feature seminars on cast netting\, casting\, and knot tying\, games for kids\, a nautical flea market\, and lots of raffles and prizes. Walking Tree Brewery will donate $1 for every beer sold to CCA with proceeds from the event going to the CCA Treasure Coast Trout Study.\nDonations of fishing gear and tackle for the flea market are welcome.
