Madison Velazquez Lopez, 25 days old, of Fellsmere, passed away on Dec. 9, 2014.
She is survived by her parents Jesus Velazquez Alvarez and Nery Lopez Reyes of Fellsmere.
A Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 17, at Winter Beach Cemetery, Winter Beach, with Deacon Carlos Moreno, officiating.
Strunk Funeral Home and Crematory of Sebastian is entrusted with arrangements.
