Geraldine Marie McCain, 67, of Vero Beach, passed away on Nov. 8, 2015, after a 4-year battle with lymphoma.
She is survived by her husband Doug; daughters Rebecca Borchardt (Wayne), Deborah Potter, Priscilla Hales; step-sons Matthew (Maggie), Michael (Melissa), and Marc (Jeanette); sister Dorothy Frano (Frank); brother Phillip Soucy; and 11 grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Marie, and her brother Joseph.
McCain was born in Boston, Mass.
She relocated to Florida in 1978, from the Braintree and Hanson areas of Massachusetts. She attended nursing school in Boston. She retired from Treasure Coast Pediatrics and previously worked for Indian River Walk-In Clinic.
McCain was a member of First United Methodist Church. She had been a volunteer with the Sebastian Volunteer Ambulance Squad.

There will be a gathering from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 16, 2015 at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015 at First United Methodist Church. Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.
