VERO BEACH — Would you like to learn how to paint with oils in a fascinating style called “Old World Realism?” Florida artist Laurie Snow Hein is a renowned award winning oil painter who has a wide national following and will be giving a preview demonstration of her oil painting workshop at the Vero Beach Art Club’s general meeting on Feb. 6.
The club will offer a half-hour social time and refreshments from 6:30-7 p.m., a short informational meeting at 7 p.m. and then Hein will present her demonstration at approximately 7:20 p.m. The public is welcome and there is no cost to attend.
Hein’s two-day workshop hosted by the VBAC will be held on March 28 and 29 so it is an excellent opportunity to preview her work and teaching style.
