Meet Princess, a sweet puppy who needed someone to believe in her. Princess had a broken elbow, which required specialized surgery to repair the damage, and her owners were going to euthanize her. HALO was able to step in and save her, coordinate her care, and she is now recovering nicely in a foster home.
